Do you have an old pipette that is worn out and no longer gives reliable pipetting results? It's time for a change! Replace your old pipettes with new mechanical or electronic pipettes and improve the repeatability of your experiments. In our promotional offer 'Pipette Trade-In', we collect and recycle your old pipettes and in return we give you up to 40% discount on the purchase of new ones. The promotional offer lasts until stocks last and applies to certain Picus®, Picus® NxT, Proline® Plus and Tacta® pipette models.
How does the 'Pipette Trade-In' program work?
- Choose old pipettes you want to replace - we accept mechanical or electronic pipettes of any pipette manufacturer or model.
- Order new pipettes from the replacement program - Picus® and Picus® Nxt electronic pipettes and Tacta® and Proline® Plus mechanical pipettes are available to customers. For the ordering process, contact us via the Contact form.
- Free pipette return service - after ordering a pipette, we send the user a link to the UPS portal where he registers the pipette return service. Old pipettes must be returned within 30 days of receiving new pipettes.

- Up to 30% on Picus® NxT electronic pipettes
- Up to 35% on Tacta® mechanical pipettes
- Up to 40% on Proline® Plus mechanical pipettes

What are the conditions for replacing old pipettes?
- The number of replacement pipettes ordered must be the same as the number of pipettes returned.
- Pipettes must be returned according to provided instructions and with filled decontamination form.
- Pipette Trade-In discounts cannot be combined with other offers and promotions.
- Old pipettes must be returned to Sartorius within 30 days after receiving replacement pipettes.
- If old pipettes are not returned, the order will be calculated with list price and a new invoice will be issued by Partner.
