Sartobind® Protein A | Particle binding and elution

Sartobind® Protein A, an affinity-absorbing membrane, is an ideal tool for the ultra-rapid determination of immunoglobulin (IgG). The large pore size allows for ten times faster flow than conventional columns and a cycle time of just 10 minutes. This achieves much more flow per ml compared to any other Protein A matrix. The unit can be used with a syringe and quantified within 10 minutes. In addition, it is possible to connect to the liquid chromatography system using appropriate adapters.
