Our history dates back to 1993, when Sartorius Croatia officially began working. From the very beginning, we had a vision to become a reliable partner, a top service center and support and a technologically advanced leader in the profession in which we work.

Our vision was recognized by customers who trusted us and were convinced of our quality. Shortly after our establishment, in 1994, all the effort, knowledge and competence we invested in our business paid off when we became an authorized service for devices and balances of Sartorius AG, a leading German manufacturer of laboratory products and bioprocess technology.

2000

We start selling the Sartorius products for microbiological quality control when we introduced the first products for quality control, filtration and microbiology to the market.

2003

We became a support center for Sartorius AG in the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2007

Our continuous investment in business quality was awarded the first ISO 9001 certificate for sales, service and distribution of biotechnology and mechatronics equipment (precision and analytical balances, pipettes, dynamic scales, metal detectors, industrial scales, computers, etc.).

2010

We are opening our accredited calibration laboratory, which meets all the criteria of the quality management system, which we have confirmed with the EN ISO 17025 standard. The standard for the quality management system has enabled us to promote the ability and reliability of our laboratory work on a local and wider level with competent work and correct results.

2014

We are expanding our business to the Republic of Slovenia, where we introduced bioprocess technology, as well as service and technical support services.

2015

We became a service center for Central and Eastern Europe, thereby completely expanding the scope of work in the numerous cities and countries that we represent and beyond.

2016

We opened a new office space where we currently have our own office, service area, calibration laboratory and storage space, with plans for additional expansion.

2020

We became a Sartorius service partner for bioprocess solutions in the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa. We have launched our first software for calibration laboratories myScal® for calibration procedures and laboratory equipment management.

2022

We are expanding our business capacities and opening a new office space, with the first educational center for laboratory and bioprocess applications, new premises for a mass and volume calibration laboratory and a service area for bioprocess solutions.
