Robo Columns for Screening are supplied in strips of 8 pre-packed units. The 200 µL units are suited for screening purification conditions and selecting chromatographic materials. The 600 µL units are recommended when longer residence times above 4 minutes are needed (e.g., for evaluating dynamic binding capacities).
PRC Pre-Packed Columns are available in 1 mL and 5 mL formats and are ready to use. The 1 mL columns are recommended for scouting purification conditions, which can be confirmed and further optimized in the 5 mL format with a bed height of 10 cm.
