Biowelder® TC for sterile connection
BioWelder® TC is a fully automated welder for connecting thermoplastic pipes in a sterile welding process. This new innovative technology allows the sterile connection of dry or liquid-filled TPE pipes to an outside diameter of up to 1 inch. BioWelder® TC welds TPE pipes with a thermal connection ensures an outstanding level of stability and guarantees a sterile connection.

BioWelder® TC is used to join thermoplastic tubes such as C-Flex® 374, PharmaPure®, AdvantaFlex®, SaniPure® BDF® and PharMed® BPT, which are used on disposable bags or bag assemblies in all biopharmaceutical production processes.
BioWelder® TC can weld dry or liquid-filled pipes in an unclassified and classified environment while maintaining product sterility.
