Manual filtration systems are designed to clarify and / or retain microorganisms before bottling wine. The system uses a cartridge filter and can be connected to a Clean In Place (CIP) system.
Two sizes are available:
Applications: purification, filtration, retention of microorganisms of white, rosé or red wines, sparkling wines and aromatized wines.
The CIP system produces and maintains hot water up to 90° C. It supplies the filling line with filtered water (filtration strip, piping and bottle filling machine) either for cleaning at 50° C or for sterilization at 90° C.
The CIP system optimizes water consumption for cleaning, rinsing and sterilization. It can be connected to a filtration strip and to a bottle filling machine for flow rates up to 5000 bottles/hour. Comes in 1000, 1500 and 2000 liter.
