Sartolab® P20 is a unit for sterile filtration or clarification of media, aqueous solutions and solvent mixtures in batches ranging from 100 ml to 10 L. For media containing serums and solutions that are difficult to filter, the Sartolab® P20 Plus unit with built-in prefilter is available.

The Sartolab® P20 pressure filter unit is available either with 0.2 µm or a 0.45 µm membrane, with or without a prefilter made of high purity quartz microfibers. Sartolab® P20 pressure filter units have been designed to filter batches from 100 mL to 10 L, either using a syringe or in-line with a peristaltic pump, or a pressure vessel.
