QUICKSEAL® Aseptic Disconnection
The principle behind the surprisingly simple and incredibly robust QUICKSEAL® is easy to apply: cutting deforms the aluminum casing of the pipe, squeezing the pipe walls and creating an aseptic seal. The sealing time is less than 4 seconds.
Protective silicone cover
The QUICKSEAL® silicone protective cap is placed on the edges of the pipes cut with QUICKSEAL® tools. The shaped silicone cover is quickly and easily placed on the 3/8 '(9.6 mm)) cut edges.
- Shape the lid into an oval shape by lightly pressing between your fingers.
- Place the lid over the cut edge.
- Release the grip.
- The lid returns to its original shape to fit the cut top.
QUICKSEAL® cutting tool
The QUICKSEAL® tool is an intuitive, reliable and simple tool for aseptic separation and closure. The battery-powered QUICKSEAL® hand tool makes fluid management a simple, efficient and reliable process.
Use it to cut QUICKSEAL® edges on pipes with an outer diameter of up to 29 mm. Seal and disconnect tubes securely after media and buffer insertion, product transfer, or any critical fluid handling procedure.

The QUICKSEAL® hand cutting tool enables easy, efficient and reliable management of critical fluids. Use it to cut QUICKSEAL® edges on pipes up to 6.4 mm in diameter.
